Overall comfortable but they need to be more proactive to issues that arise.
Great location. Just around the corner from the Royal Mile.
One of our rooms the windows leaked and made the room smell musty. We asked to be moved but they said they couldn’t. There was no offer of any compensation. They just placed a bucket and towel in the room the catch the water.

Fantasticly situated and does what you need it to.
Situated fantasticly, rooms are a great set up with everything needed. Got checked in early and was no issue holding our bags day of check out.
No real issue but Couldn't get showered going first day we were there and after travelling and walking we wanted to freshen up. We rang reception and they said maintenance would be up in a couple minutes. After 30 minutes we had to ring down again. Can hear the water running through the pipes if someone on the floor above is showering, slightly off-putting when trying to sleep in morning and evening. Just one spotlight out of 4 in the bedroom was working.
